Creativity, coupled with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of negotiation, has helped her become a top-3 agent at her Sotheby’s office, and in the top 4% for sales volume in the state. Kim’s enthusiasm and positive outlook are contagious. She helps prospective buyers imagine their life in a home and leads them to feel excited about a property purchase. 

Outside of the world of real estate, if Kim is not riding her horse, she is singing with her jazz band, or the Nightlife Orchestra, and enjoying family time with her husband Joe, their five children, and their little rescue dog Brady. 

Kim is in the top 4% for sales volume in Rhode Island. In the last 3-years, she has helped her clients close over 52,000,000 in purchases and sales with 5-star reviews from her clients.
